That Royce da 5'9 song called "On Fire" is off a mixtape (Bar Exam 3) and mixtapes used licensed beats mostly which is why they're technically free. It's becuz the instrumental is usually already licensed to someone else, in this case to Xzibit's song.
This Was Not Stolen...

To Wrestlefan: this beat was not stolen from The Bar Exam 3. This song came out months ago, and has just now been placed on itunes. Royce rarely uses his own beats on his mixtapes; Scoop DeVille produced this beat specially for Xzibit. All in all, this song is great. It's an agressive headbanger that is much needed in modern hip hop. Look out for Xzibit's album this year!!!!!

Lol @Wrestlefan, You do know Royce Da 5'9" Bar Exam 3 was a Mixtape right? Basically. Mixtapes are different beats that people already used and they spit to it. In that case. This song or Beat wasn't jacked by anyone. Royce just used it to spit it.

Sick beat and lyrics, but to wrestlefan, the beat is probably an original since royce's mixtape is basically him freestlying on other's beats. They prob got this beat leaked.
