To all you new DMB fans out there, this is a must have. #34, if you bought it on cd back in the day, was a hidden track. After "pay for what you get"(which is also amazing) the track went on in silence for minutes then all of a sudden this gem instrumental track(#34) comes on and perfectly and beautifully ended one great album. Enjoy.

the best album of all time!!! when this cd came out in 93 it changed the course of my life forever and brought deeper meaning to everything around me. it was my transition from pop music and childlike ways to full blown aduthood and the power of the medium. thank you DMB i will always be in debut to you for helping me see my life in colors.

I was in college when I first heard DMB. The radio was filled with crap for the most part; boy bands, over-produced one-hit wonders, etc. Then I heard this album. It blew me away like no album before or since. It was somehow different, foreign - yet familiar at the same time. Acoustic guitar, electric violin, sax (flute), mad bass lines, and the best drummer I had EVER heard on a pop album. I you are not familiar with DMB, start either here or with Remember Two Things. This album is the band's first studio album with the support of a major record label. Producer Steve Lillywhite did a great job of staying out of the way in order to capture the essence of DMB - live music. There is not a weak track on this album.

My title says everything; Dave and his band are absolutely amazing. And Carter? BEST DRUMMER I've ever heard!! I could say so much more, but it would take you all day to read this. Dancing Nancies or Dreamgirl are personally my favorite.

This is one of those albums that of I could only choose 3 albums, from all of those in recorded history, for the rest of my life... This would be one of those 3. It is one of the reasons that I picked up a guitar in the first place. I've now been playing for over 15 years and have DMB, in part, to thank for it. Truly amazing piece of art.
