  • A bit monotonous for me...

But, that may be exactly what some need or are lookin' for in a meditation. Truthfully, I did find it helpful an' a step up from the normal guided versions I use (for free) from Meditation Oasis podcasts. But again, it was a tad repetitive for the cost. All in all, not a bad buy.

I also hear a high pitch the resonates throughout it all. I don't know if it is intentional or not but it sounds almost like feedback. Sorry. I only listened to the samples and chose not to buy because the high pitched sound was on all of them.

This meditation practice is great for beginners, or anyone intersted in a positive experience. David H Wagner's powerful, easy-to-follow guidance is phenomenally conceived and excecuted. I've shared this with a few close friends, and they all have only good things to say about it. Check it out!!

I was moved deeply the first time I followed the guided meditation. I felt like I had come home. I am now a fan of meditation and I am grateful for the people who put this together. Simple, beautiful, full of integrity.

I have tried many different guided meditation and this is by far my favorite one. The instructions are clear and simple, just perfect for meditation. The practice of meditation has brought me great joy and I invite you to experience the delight of it.
  • Background sounds disturbing

Others like the sound apparently, but I found the background Tamboura sound grates on my nerves, which quite obviously, prevents proper meditation. To me it has a buzzing sound I find irritating.
