Reading the bad reviews got me tight, but to each their own. I’m just going to put my 2 cents in and say that this album is a masterpiece with no skips. I don’t know how many times I replayed A.P.I.D.T.A. that song really got me missing my momma (who still is alive! Praise God!) and gets me into tears. It’s been a mental journey this 2020 and we still have more to go but this album gets me through these hard times. ACT II also got leaked and like wow, what a gift Jay Electricity shocked us with. Thanks so much for reading and hope you be safe.

Production is horrible! He is a much better talent than this piece of work portrayed.

I'm sure a lot of people will compare these songs to Jay Elec's songs, "Exhibit A" and "Exhibit C" (which are both master pieces); which only makes sense to do since that's the only work from Jay Elec that we have up until this album. But this album... this isn't what was expected from the lyrical genius of those two songs, and that's unfortunate. -There's suprisingly very little of Jay Elec on these tracks, and a massive amount of Jay-Z instead. Additinally, it doesn't set an albums tone right if the album artist isn't the first one to rap on the first track (let alone every other track after that). -The beats and samples are highly experimental, which would be fine if the lyrics and rhythm style complimented it. The rhythm of the lyrics and the rhythm of the beats don't fit together on most of the tracks and ultimately make the songs sound chaotic and unorganized. -Harking back to "Exhibit A" and "Exhibit C", the few times that we DO hear Jay Elec rapping on this album, if you pay attention, a lot of the lyrics are ripped from those two songs and mixed into his verses here. Which is unfortunate in so many ways. I was so hype when this album released, and I listened to each track thinking that maybe the next one would be what I was waiting for from Jay Elec after all these years. But I just couldn't feel a single track on this album. "Fruits of the Spirit" came SO close to being something to me; but it's more of an interlude and it ends abruptly... I had to listen to the whole ablum twice to come to terms with the fact that I hate that I have to hate this album... I have faith in you though, Jay Elec.

All of the beats on this album sound like trash. Worst album of the year. Definitely might be the worst album I’ve ever heard:

Track after track, this album is hot! The depth of lyricism throughout this album is refreshing in this day and age. The synergy between Jay-Z and Jay Electronica create a lyrical flow that is seamless. Great artistry!

Travis Scott? Really? On a supposed "real" hip hop album? And the dream? Is this a rap album or an r&b album lol. And to think these people waited 10 years for this 10 track album lol, but hey what can you expect from a album from the label of the overrated wack sellout jay z? This looks like one of those overrated kanye west albums from 2018 lol, it's like these rappers nowadays are scared to work with other actual rappers ffor fear of getting outrapped on their own track. That's why I don't really check for mainstream or mainstream wannabe underground rap like this, I listen to guys like Locksmith, Drroog and Nehru because they can actually spit and don't need all these gimmics and cosigns and promotion to sell their music and they can hold their own against other rappers.
