  • Something I didn’t know I needed desperately

    By Xonax79
Somehow these guys found a way to make the sugar joy of Mew and tied a knot through the melodic but heavy parts of Deafheaven then pulled it out with a net made by sunny day real estate fans. And it becomes something completely unique. I heard this band for the first time today and by the end of the weekend I will own everything I can own from them. Hopefully some won’t be turned off by the more metal elements because this album transcends cliche. I love you guys!!!!!
  • Disappointing

    By kevinlyfather33
The songs start out promising and there are some cool atmospheres, as well as the same energy they had on Air, but the songwriting on this one is pretty weak, mostly in regards to vocal melodies. As a result, there really aren’t any standout tracks.
  • Perfect

Let’s be honest, this rips in every way.
  • Actual magic

This record is incredible. From production to technical ability, it transports you through time and space. This thing is a comet on it’s way to earth. Don’t sleep on this band
  • Feels good

Heavy music that feels good, says something new, and explores positive emotions.
  • Great band and great dudes!

Air was my favorite album of 2016 and I had some very high expectations for their follow-up. It vastly exceeded those expectations and I love the album. Great job my dudes!
  • Can’t go wrong with Astronoid

  • Finally

    By Freestiles
I have been a metal head for most of my life and grew up in the nineties. These guys have combined my love for metal and also my taste for the alternative melodic music I grew up with. Simply what I have been looking for my 47 years on this earth.
  • A breath of fresh air!

I just discovered this amazing band and oh man am I glad that I did. At 45 it’s hard to get inspired anymore, but this band has a fantastic melodic sensibility while sonically dropkicking you , unexpectedly in the face. Looking forward to hearing more.
