Seen them live in Jax Fl on 5/9/19. These kids are very talented and sound amazing. Happy to see rock n roll is still alive.
  • Good solid rock band but with flaws

I think they need to work on vocals more. His voice is okay but something is off. It’s missing sort of a sweetness to it that makes it less appealing. I don’t think we should be comparing them to Led Zepplin. I don’t think these guys have got to that level in their craft yet. When I listen closely I hear something that could be developed more and have more of a finished, and polished approach but I think it is their own unique sound. I think with the right producer they could be a great band but they need to break out of their confront zone.
  • Nothing Interesting

Their first EP was great because Jake has wonderful vocals, but there’s nothing musically interesting. It’s like if a cover band got signed to a huge label and released their really meh originals... wait a minute
  • Makes me feel alive... And young...

This is truly awesome music especially in 2018-2019...I grew up in 70s-80s and thought that music was no more... But this band restored my faith. All four are excellent musicians and clearly love music and playing which is contagious. The lead singer is both gifted and charismatic... Take care of your voice my friend. Their live performances on YouTube are transformative experiences not to be missed. So young and so NOT full of themselves... Inspiring! I wish them a long fruitful career... Stay clean and down to Earth... And most all keep playing...
  • Hey, you heard about this new, cool band?

This is poor. This is boring. This is plagiorism. This is uncreative. This is in dire need of a soul. And that is the worst album title ever. As in ever.
  • Why not me?

I’m taking one star away because I’m jealous of there success. Why can’t it be me is a rock star? Great band with huuugge potential. 👍🏻

Truthfully, I never write reviews but here’s my first on this album and band (Which says a LOT): FINALLY, a modern band that has musical and instrumental talent instead of the mundane mumble rappers we have nowadays (which are more carbon copies of each other actually). Overall, I listened to this entire album, and I love it. GVF needs more recognition plain and simple. All the one-star ratings are of people complaining that they sound like Led Zeppelin; however, as a Led Zeppelin fan myself, I can hear the influence, but I wouldn’t say it’s a carbon copy. Whoever says GVF is a “carbon copy” of LZ is exaggerating. Instead, I hear a blend of Rush and Janis Joplin instead of solely LZ (honestly a whole classic rock and blues influence overall). True Led Zeppelin and classic rock fans would notice the difference. Anyways, I believe they’re on to great things, and I hope to hear more music from them in their style. This band is pure talent. Thank God for blessing us rock lovers with this rock band!

Ignore the hate. If you don’t like it, go continue listening to pop garbage and let the rest of us enjoy their talent.
  • Great Band
