Meh at best. Comes off as whiney sounding.

I just love her voice. So beautiful. This album is just as great as her previous one. I saw her open for Chris Stapleton last year and she sounds as perfect live as she does on the albums.
  • Mesmerizing.

Buy it. Play it. It’s sensational!! Nuff said.

I wanted to love this album; and while it does have some good lyrics, the production leaves much to be desired. Every song sounds the same. I honestly couldn’t tell one from the other.

If you are tired of pop country that dominates radio, enjoy something authentic and subtle. Singer, songwriting, and band are in top form once again.

Pay gap has to be thee most creative, subtle, lyrical, poetic song to ever come out of the American songbook. Another recpticle for Jack White, nee Gillis.
