I still crave a full blown Gillian album. This is a good one. Not groundbreaking stuff but a good listen.

Why Hollywood hasn't placed his music in movies, a real Southern sound, well written music and he and his band deliver. I liked the music a lot, but I don't know how air time with os many people getting on the band wagon since all the music shows on TV. I would love to hear them opening up for big names on tour.

To me Dave and Gillian are like a Fine Wine or a Stradivarius, as the years go by they become more nuanced and filled with character. This album is no exception to this. I have been listening to it all day as I go about my business and if keeps on getting better, from the very first song, Midnight Train, to the fun, Money is the Meat in the Coconut, to Yup and all the songs after and between, they are all great well crafted songs and the album just flows. Once again Amazing!

So beautifully and thoughtfully arranged. I've been looking forward to this release, and it's even better than I could've imagined. Hard to pick a favorite song, but Guitar Man, Good God A Woman, and Cumberland Gap top the list. Dave Rawlings and Gillian Welch are true artists. Thank you for sharing your creative work with us! Oh and it almost goes without saying that Dave Rawlings is the best living guitar player.
  • They did it again! Yup

This album is wonderful!!! I love how they changed the style up a bit but still keep their own unique sound! Definitely worth the buy!
